Travel Tech
What I'm bringing on a trip with my niece.
I’m skipping town for a girls trip with my mom, sister, and niece! I packed a few toddler extras in my tech kit because I can’t help myself. There is one analog thing on this travel tech roundup for balance and cuteness.
I got my niece a kids camera and can’t wait to see what she deems picture-worthy. This is the simplest kids camera I could find (it isn’t loaded with games) and while it doesn’t produce the highest quality image, it does the job and makes me think about the first cameras I had and how much fun I had with them. Here’s the camera I remember coveting the most!
I also packed a compact phone stand to make it easier to document all of us on the trip together. I think we only have one or two photos that includes all four of us on our last girls trip to London, which is not enough!
On a recent trip to Las Vegas, I emergency-ordered a sound machine to my hotel because of a mechanical noise that was keeping me awake all night. We got a suite for this trip and I think this will be useful so that the adults can more comfortably hang-out while the toddler sleeps.
Kids headphones (aka “headbones” 🥹) and a headphone case for her just-in-case tablet, and my trusty portable charger also went into my bag. I see this portable charger out in the wild all of the time – it’s a good one.
In this roundup, you’ll see a peek at another fun thing I packed, but I can’t show you the final product yet. You’ll have to come with us on Instagram at @heyauntabby for that!
